Denver Arts + Technology Advancement is proud to announce this year’s call for entry for MORPHOS International Digital Dome Art Show. MORPHOS is in it’s third year and we have once again been sponsored by Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and Denver Museum of Nature and Science to showcase creative artworks in the digital dome.
MORPHOS 2016: International Digital Dome Art Show will take place Friday, October 7 at the OtterBox Digital Dome Theater in Fort Collins, CO and Sunday, October 9 at Gates Planetarium in Denver, CO. Submissions are FREE. Application deadline is July 30, 2016.
The MORPHOS International Dome Art Show will feature the culmination of work by MORPHOS artist in residence after month long training and exploration of the immersive medium. MORPHOS has inspired us to start a not for profit organization, Denver Arts + Technology Advancement (DATA). In collaboration with our new media studio Alt Ethos, Ltd., we will continue to expand our services. DATA’s mission is “Empowerment Through Creative Technology” and is working to create a vanguard center for public engagement that cultivates and strengthens local community by putting research, education, creation and exhibition together under the same roof with interactive immersive media at it’s center.
